Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. We welcome new patients and encourage you to request an appointment online or call 334-321-0060 to get started.

Do you accept walk-in patients?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Established patients can also request same-day appointments — call ahead to confirm availability.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant prior medical records you'd like us to have on file.

How do I access the patient portal?

Visit 14728.portal.athenahealth.com. If you need access credentials, contact our office and we'll set you up.

How do I request a prescription refill?

The easiest way is through the patient portal. You can also call the office directly at 334-321-0060 during business hours.

What are your office hours?

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Friday, 8:00am to 12:30pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We are a full-service family medicine practice and welcome patients of all ages.

How do I pay my bill?

Bills can be paid through the patient portal, by calling the office, or in person at your next visit.
